At our store, we take pride in being a small business that carefully curates boutique items and creates custom products just for you. Please review our return policy below:
Custom Items
All custom-made items are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom products. However, if there is an issue with your custom order, we are happy to offer a remake or store credit to ensure your satisfaction.
Boutique Items (Handbags, Shoes, Clothing, etc.)
Items purchased from our boutique collection may be returned under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
- Items must have original tags attached and be in unused, original condition.
Returns After 30 Days
- We may still accept returns after 30 days only if the original tags are still attached.
- In these cases, store credit only will be issued.
International Orders
- We do accept returns on out-of-country orders; however, due to extended shipping times, returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- All other return conditions (tags attached, unused condition) still apply.
Shipping & Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. This is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (such as USPS or DHL).
- If your package does not arrive, we will work with you and may offer a partial refund or full store credit at our discretion.
Important Notes
- Items without tags, worn, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
- As a small business, we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
