- Processing time does not include shipping time

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS and DHL. Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic (U.S.): Typically 3–7 business days after shipment
- International: Delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing

International Shipping
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
- Returns on international orders must be made within 14 days of delivery (see Return Policy for full details)
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

- If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly
- We will always try to help and may offer a partial refund or full store credit at our discretion
Incorrect Shipping Information

- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- If your package is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees
